Clements Group: Brand Case Study

The Clements Group approached the design studio team at Compass looking for a unique brand. Based in Coronado Island California, the team wanted a sophistocated look and feel that captured the beauty and ocean-front landscape of the area.

While the Creative Studio team at Compass explored several directions, I focused on a typographic approach, creating subtle manipulation of the letterforms to nod at the movement of ocean waves. Coronado is known as the “The Crown City”, so my approach to color focus on a rich, royal indigo blue paired with neutral colors inspired by the sand.
