I had the wonderful privilege of working on the Creative In-House team at Compass Real Estate. Compass truly changed the game in the real estate industry by elevating the design standard for thousands of real estate agents across the nation. I worked closely with the in-house team to create everything from luxury property brands to developing agent team branding and designing marketing collateral. I also helped lead a national team of designers, managing day to day operations, leading national initiatives, and helping build the design team and culture at Compass.
